The Stanislaus County Employees' Retirement Association (StanCERA) is a public employees retirement system operating under the County Employees Retirement Law of 1937, Government Code Section 31450 et. seq. and the California Public Employees' Pension Reform Act (PEPRA). The association administers the retirement benefits for employees of Stanislaus County, City of Ceres, Superior Court, East Side Mosquito Abatement District, Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG), Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority, Stanislaus Regional Water Authority, Keyes Community Services District, Salida Sanitary District and Hills Ferry Cemetery District, all located in Stanislaus County.
